Becoming Mindful

This has been such a life-changing experience! We are putting our hearts on the line…literally! We hope you will love what you find here, that it adds something positive to your life! Of course, our journey is just beginning! There is so much new to learn (like how to write good blog posts!) and, as it turns out, so much to unlearn! I am so excited to be able to share some important ideas and information as well as so many great, well loved and tested recipes. I love the concept of sharing recipes around the world, and making a difference, one bite at a time! I hope that you will discover some of the joy in making delicious, plant-based food and then share that joy with others.
