It is truly a joy and a thrill to be able to share these recipes, photographs, and ideas with people around the world! With the guiding hand of my husband, Bill, who has skillfully created this site, and the artistic abilities of our talented friend, Michelle, there is so much here to enjoy! We hope you will appreciate the beauty of plant-based eating, as well as the well-documented health benefits of partaking in Nature’s bounty! We hope, like us, you will reap the many rewards of eating mindfully! I want to share the journey that brought us here, what keeps us trying to be better, and some of the ways to make it easier to stay mindful. We have posted about 50 favourite recipes to start, and plan to add one or two each week. Here, in these “stories”, I will include things like how to stock your cupboards and fridges with the most useful plant-based items, simple alternatives to animal-based ingredients in your favorite recipes, what to eat to be your healthiest, and some simple, delicious ways to make your everyday meals amazing!
