Vegan Hoagies
An easy, nutritious and delicious meal any time, these vegan hoagies will please a variety of tastes! Start with some wonderful meatless "meatballs", some crunchy bread or buns, and add the sauces or toppings of choice!
Heat the veggie "meatballs" in a pan with a little oil. Make sure they are warm through.
Heat another frying pan, heat a little oil and cook the sliced onion and/or mushrooms until tender.
Toast your bread/buns slightly for crunch and flavour, but don't let it get too dry.
Warm the tomato sauce in a separate bowl. Add a dash of hot sauce for heat.
When ready to eat, spread the warm tomato sauce on the bottom bun, place the meatballs in the sauce, topping with the fried onion/mushrooms and/or cheeze slices. Add other fresh toppings of choice and enjoy!
