A Mindful Munchy Mix
Easy vegan alternatives to the traditional ingredients make this just as simple and delicious as the original! Great as is or add your own twist.
In a large bowl, combine the cereal, pretzels, and nuts.
In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the spices and the vegan Worcestershire sauce.
Drizzle the melted butter mixture over the cereal mix and stir well to coat evenly.
Spread the mixture out onto a piece of parchment paper on a cookie tray. Bake in a warm oven for at least 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes, until the nuts are well roasted but not burned.
Cool before serving. Enjoy!
