Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. You will need a medium baking pan or four individual serving-size baking cups.
  3. To make the crumble topping, stir together the oats, brown sugar and almond flour. Crumble in the butter until you have a soft crumbly mix.
  4. In a large bowl, stir together the chopped apples and blackberries. Then put the mix of fruit into the pan or pans you are baking this in.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble on top. Place on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper to catch the delicious but potentially messy overflow.
  6. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and bake for about 30-40 minutes. It should be quite bubbly!
  7. Let cool for a few moments, but it is best to eat while warm. So easy and so good for you! Enjoy!
  8. Also great topped with some vegan ice cream or whipped topping!
