Blueberry Lemonade

Instructions
Put you washed blueberries into a food processor and whirl until smooth. If desired, you can run this through a sieve to remove any blueberry skin bits.
Squeeze your two lemons.
In a jug, combine your blueberry puree and your fresh lemon juice.
Add a can of bubbly water and some ice cubes. Stir to combine and taste for desired sweetness. I usually add a teaspoon of agave. Top with some fresh berries and a sprig of mint to be fancy! Enjoy!

This is such a simple and delicious way to get some more of those healthy berries into your diet. I am sure this basic idea would work wonderfully with any type of berry. If you don't have the soda, regular water works, too. Be sure to use a reusable straw!
