Instructions
  1. Just put your frozen chunks of banana in a blender and whirl until smooth.( If making the Hot Fudge BNice Cream Sundae, skip to the steps below.) Take out two thirds of the BNice Cream and set aside. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of frozen strawberries and blend again until smooth. Put into a bowl and keep in freezer while you create your other flavours.
  2. Rinse out the blender and then put a second third of the blended banana in with 1/2 cup blueberries and process until smooth. Remove from blender and keep in freezer to firm up.
  3. Rinse out blender and use the last third of the creamed banana. Add 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks and blend until smooth.
  4. After the three flavours have set in the freezer for a few minutes, scoop out the trio of flavours and create some beautiful desserts that are kind, healthy and delicious! Enjoy!
Hot Fudge BNice Cream Sundae
  1. Make the Hot Fudge Sauce recipe ahead of time. It keeps well. Warm gently when ready to create.
  2. Make the banana cream and put in the freezer for a few moments if it has become too soft while processing. When it is a good texture, layer the plain banana nice cream with generous spoonfuls of your warm Hot Fudge Sauce and a sprinkle of toasted hazelnuts. Top with a little vegan whipped cream and some more toasted hazelnuts for a fancy dessert any time! Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Try any frozen fruit you like, such as pineapple, blackberries or raspberries! Top with a vegan whipped cream, if desired, and the kids might like some sprinkles! Chocolate lovers should try the easy Hot Fudge Sauce recipe to make a special treat!
