Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons vegan mayo
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon agave
- 1 Tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped
- 1 medium garlic clove minced
- 2 Tablespoons water
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Put all your ingredients in a jar and shake well to combine flavours. Add a little more water if you want a thinner dressing. This is great made ahead of time and kept in the fridge. The flavours get even better with sitting! Enjoy!

I thinned this down a little to use for salad dressing but the original texture makes a great dip for potatoes or other roasted veggies!
