Ingredients
- 2 cups oat or any plant milk Oat milk is our favourite as it is quite "creamy". Also try the chocolate hazelnut milk, if you see it!
Chocolate sauce
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips I use Kirkland brand in the white bag. 51 % cocao
- 2 Tablespoons oat or any plant milk
- 1/2 teaspoon real vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon agave
- a sprinkle of salt
Optional topping
- vegan marshmellows We found Dandies!
- vegan whipped cream Lots of choices now!

Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, and the 2 Tablespoons of plant milk.
- Cook this on high for about 30 seconds and then remove and stir. Return to microwave and heat for another 30 seconds and remove and stir again. Repeat if necessary, to just melt the chips. Stirring well is important. Also, you do not want to overheat the chocolate.
- Once the chips are melted, add the vanilla, agave and a sprinkle of salt. Stir well.
- Warm two cups of plant milk in the microwave for about 2 minutes on high, or until hot. Remove and carefully stir in 1/4 cup or more of sauce into each cup, according to taste. Heat again, if necessary.
- Top with a vegan marshmallow or some vegan whipped cream. Enjoy!
