- 1 package fresh cranberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 medium orange

Instructions
- Wash your cranberries and pick out any that have gone soft.
- Wash your orange and cut in quarters. Remove seeds but do not peel!
- Combine sugar, orange pieces, and washed cranberries in your food processor and process until desired texture. It's best when the orange peel is very small.
- Keeps well in a jar for a few weeks or you can freeze it for much longer. Enjoy!
