  1. Slice all your veggies thinly in preparation. Salt your avocado to keep it from going brown.
  2. Toast your bread a little to add crunch and better support the tzatziki.
  3. Spread your tzatziki on your toasted bread. Lay your avocado slices into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Layer your tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and thinly sliced red onion on top.
  5. Add a handful of greens and cover with top bread or bun. Consume with joy!!
Recipe Notes

We often serve this combination as open-faced sandwiches for a greater filling to bread ratio! This is also great if you spread the bread with a little garlic butter before you add your veggies. Try this easy tzatziki recipe!
