Raspberry Cream Cheeze
A quick mix of fresh fruit, a little sweetener and a vegan cream cheeze and you can enjoy a great bagel spread anytime. You can make your own cream cheeze, but it’s even easier to buy a store version, such as Violife or Daiya Cream Cheeze Style Spread, and it’s really delicious.

  1. Crush berries and put through a sieve to remove the majority of the seeds. Add a little agave to sweeten to taste. Add the cheeze and mix well to create a smooth and creamy spread. I used a whisk to make it a little fluffy!
  2. It can be eaten right away, but it is wonderful if you make it a day ahead. It keeps well in the fridge, but will probably disappear quickly. Enjoy!
