Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado or two smaller ones
- 5 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice from 2 small lemons
- 3 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice from 1 lime
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2. finely chopped jalepeno optional, but adds heat
- plant mik or water to thin to desired thickness

Instructions
- In a food processor, process your garlic cloves until finely chopped. Add your avocado, the juices, nutritional yeast and a little salt and pepper.
- Process until well blended and smooth. Taste and adjust flavours by adding more lemon juice or salt. Add water to thin this to a pourable salad dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate for a few days or use immediately over a fresh bowl of garden greens! Enjoy!

If you don't thin it out too much, it works as a tasty veggie dip, too! Especially good on a Spring Garden Salad.
