With a ripe avocado and just a few fresh ingredients, this is ready in just a moment! It keeps in your fridge for a few days and stays bright and delicious!
In a food processor, process your garlic cloves until finely chopped. Add your avocado, the juices, nutritional yeast and a little salt and pepper.
Process until well blended and smooth. Taste and adjust flavours by adding more lemon juice or salt. Add water to thin this to a pourable salad dressing.
Cover and refrigerate for a few days or use immediately over a fresh bowl of garden greens! Enjoy!
