It is easy to find a wide variety of sauces from around the world to add international flavours to your meals! Read the labels to ensure the ingredients are appropriate (eg. no fish sauce or dairy additives) then explore the world of wonderful flavours that await your taste buds. Making your own sauce is easier than you might think, and so much fresher! This one was created to make a Korean-inspired Sesame Stir Fry, with the satisfying combination of fresh garlic, fresh ginger, and the sweet and savoury combination of fruit and soy sauce.

- Put all ingredients into a blender and whirl until smooth. Taste and add salt and pepper as you desire! Store in fridge until it's time to make a delicious stir fry!
You could also use this to marinate some tofu, if you like a saucy version of tofu! I like to make the crunchy tofu and add this to the veggies as they are cooking!
