This flavourful sauce is quick to create and keeps well in the fridge for at least a week!

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and whirl until smooth. Taste and add salt and pepper as you desire! Store in fridge until it’s time to make a delicious stir fry!

You could also use this to marinate some tofu, if you like a saucy version of tofu! I like to make the crunchy tofu and add this to the veggies as they are cooking!
