  1. Drain and rinse your block of tofu. Crumble it all into a bowl. (The kids will love to help with this.) Add the taco spice mix (I have a large container form Costco that is very useful.) to your water and then pour the mixture over the crumbled tofu. Stir to let the tofu absorb the flavours.
  2. Heat a pan with a little oil. Cook the chopped onion and jalapeno, if using, until soft. Add the tofu mixture and the Cashew Crumbles and heat through.
  3. That’s it! Ready for using on your nachos or in your tacos. Enjoy!
