Vegan Hoagies
An easy, nutritious and delicious meal any time, these vegan hoagies will please a variety of tastes! Start with some wonderful meatless “meatballs”, some crunchy bread or buns, and add the sauces or toppings of choice!

Instructions
  1. Heat the veggie “meatballs” in a pan with a little oil. Make sure they are warm through.
  2. Heat another frying pan, heat a little oil and cook the sliced onion and/or mushrooms until tender.
  3. Toast your bread/buns slightly for crunch and flavour, but don’t let it get too dry.
  4. Warm the tomato sauce in a separate bowl. Add a dash of hot sauce for heat.
  5. When ready to eat, spread the warm tomato sauce on the bottom bun, place the meatballs in the sauce, topping with the fried onion/mushrooms and/or cheeze slices. Add other fresh toppings of choice and enjoy!
